An active duty Major, with duty assignment at a major medical center, assigned to duties in the psyciatric department of the medical center. If anyone had access to government healthcare, this guy did. You could almost make an argument that access to government health care contributed to the attack.

I would say that besides the Jihad rampage as the actual excuse, it was the free government ran healthcare that forced him into shooting up the place. Because, he had government ran free healthcare.
