Yea I wouldnt rule out that this should be defined as an act of terrorism. It was politically motivated, and these victims were clearly targeted to make a statement. Not sure exactly what statement that was but its pretty clear imo. Say what you want about Peters, i dont know enough to make an informed opinion of the man, but I think hes right here.
