Default Judge Napolitano thinks marijauna should be legalised

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J1_vOJRlSkI

I can't say anything else other than I agree with him 100%

"You can kill a baby up to the moment of birth if you go to the doctor, but you can't smoke a joint in your own home!?"

I agree with him. It should be made legal and taxed. It's no worse than alcohol. Health wise it's not as bad as alcohol.

We should also let anyone out of prison who is there only because of marijauna charges. This would make more room in prison for violent offenders... and those who deal in the hard drugs and illegally selling controlled substances.

I've heard that something like 9o% of the money we spend on the drug war is spent on fighting marijauna usage/trafficking. We could put a portion of that to fight the hard drugs and save the rest.

Why should it be taxed?

I disagree the issue should be talked about more often or there be pushes for action. At best it's still close to a 50/50 approval/disapproval issue and there are far too many more pressing issues in the US to deal with. I know the drug supporters are adamant in their desire to smoke weed without fear of arrest but come on. The last think the US needs now are more dumbed down people, giggling like schoolgirls, while our nation slowly declines from power and prominence.

As one of the few middle aged males that has never smoked marijuana despite many opportunities from Jr high on, I think marijuana should be legalized.

My eyes were opened on this issue after hearing William F. Buckley argue for the legalization of marijuana in the 90s...

I could go on. like i have many times before, about crime, turf wars, corruption of police and public officials all caused by marijuana prohibition but what is the point? closed minded social conservatives just are not going to change their minds no matter what facts you confront them with

I can guarantee that if it is legal, the price will skyrocket and those growing their own will be put out of business exactly like the moonshiners were.
It's all about the tax base.
