Default Do you trust your "Blue Dog" to make the right decision re: healthcare bill?

I am a citizen in Congressman Brad Ellsworth's district in Indiana, one of the so-called "Blue Dogs." I have read on his official website that he will not support any bill that allows for federal funding for abortions. I am praying to God that he will keep his word. I have some reason to hope as he voted "no" to the Destroy America's Energy and Security Act, I mean, American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 (wouldn't officially calling it Cap and Trade have been easier? Anyway, I digress.)

Is there anyone else out there in Ellsworth's district who would care to share if you think we can trust him to vote this one down? And for anyone else in a "Blue Dog" district, do you trust your representative to make the right choice?

I'm not in Ellsworth's district, but if you actually trust a blue dog democrat, you've got issues.

With regards to MY congressmen, notice that I said I have some reason for hope. That's different than saying I trust him at this point. I do, however, agree with your point.

I am in Jason Altmire's district and he is a so-called blue dog. I think he looks more like a Pelosi poodle. Altmire has had a big hand in writing this mess and deserves much of the blame when the treasury is bankrupt.

Blue dog my arse.

I don't trust ANY of 'em, R or D or I.

Is that "issues" -- or "tissues" -- as in weeping for a nation betrayed across the board by our own "leaders"?

Then you're in the majority party I now dub as the, "Vote Them All Out Party".

You register when you vote, my friend.

We don't ask for donations, just a little of your time.

Blue Dogs replaced some mangy dogs in Congress, neither can be trusted blindly.

"If it's an Incumbent, Fire it's fat Pig Ass"

-- unless, of course, that means voting for the Demogods.

THAT bunch of Taminy Hall Crime Lords goes down -- preferably in orange jump suits provided by the federal maximum security prisons.
