Maybe next time that kid will tuck his shirt in, if not, its gonna be round two of him getting checked into a wall.
You're a damm piece of work, FAM.
This isn't a "normal" kid, this is a kid with an AQUIRED BRAIN INJURY.
Do some reading up on ABI. You might learn something that will help you keep your job the next time you encounter an ABI civilian (unlike the cop in this story).
You better temper your enthusiasm, as I have not lied about a thing. I have reported and discussed exactly what I have seen in the media.
I should point out I am also in the GA flood zone. I have been in a house with no power since the floods hit Atlanta and have very limited access to electricity/tv/internet, so if there have been new developments, I am unaware. As it is, I am at our favorite pizza place (again) having dinner and reading threads.
Fortunately, tomorrow we move into our new apartment (with electricity AND internet). However, I take great issue with you calling me a liar. I am NOT a liar. I have NOT purposely lied about anything on Hannity, nevermind this story and I don't appreciate your nasty, uncivil accusation one bit.
I do believe it is a violation of TOS to flat-out call someone a liar like that. But, I could be wrong. I don't get to read the TTTM forum as often as I would like to lately and that rule could have changed.
You claim in the first thread that one thing happened. You now claim in this thread that the opposite happened. In that first thread the news stories back up the facts that the driver stayed on scene and your own posts in that other thread show that you know that fact. Therefore when you claim in this thread that the driver fled you are not telling the truth. Either that or you have short term memory loss issues and you can't remember what you posted just a few days ago.
But he wasn't charged, according to the article Lou linked.
Charging is done by the prosecutors office. The way it works is that the police arrest someone and take them to jail or give them a court date. In the interim the prosecutors decide if they are going to file charges or not. So not being charged does not necessarily mean he wasn't arrested. If the prosecutor felt it was a bad arrest, a high probability in this case, then they may not have charged him.

I'm not claiming anything, and I'd appreciate it if you'd take this discussion back to THAT thread if you want to beat me up over it.
I may (or may not) join you there. As I said, my access to internet/electricity/battery life on laptop is very limited. I'm not sure I want to spend what little battery/access to electricity on that discussion with you.

OK, then I misunderstood your post.
