You need to go to a Gastroenterologist and let them run some test.

WATCH YOUR DIET!! A little pasta with soy milk or cottage cheese, I cannot eat junk food ever.
Late at night: milk yogurt a small portion of pasta soup square small packages microwave.

Take care of yourself!!

Maybe you are not drinking enough water. Everyone should drink plenty of water with their food -- water helps to keep everything flowing comfortably.

Probably don't need to drink 100 gallons a day like they recommend, but drink at least about a pint with your meals.

Is it painful in the upper (center) abdomen? If so, it could be some pancreatitis.

Certain drugs can be the cause but most commonly gallstones, alcohol (check the drugs because I know you've been going through treatement):

Your doctor should order a blood screening to check your amylase and lipase levels.

No offense, but this is something you should be asking your doc.

The differential for you symptoms is huge. It could be simple indigestion from eating junk food, to gastritis, to virtually a jillion other things.

Go see a doctor if you are worried about it. There is nothing anyone on this board can or should say to suggest a diagnosis.

On a side note, have you considered the possibility that eating a lot of junk food at 2:30 AM is aggrevating your problem?
