If a gay person who is judging you asks you a question and you say that gay marriage should not be allowed, that judge has every right to express their opinion as well.

That is also integrity.
Seriously? You think coming to a beauty contest *as a judge* with an agenda is integrity? It's nothing of the sort. It's just more of the pervs trying to FORCE what they want on the rest of us.

Very sad indeed.
Gays won't tolerate people who won't tolerate them. Go figure.

And you passed, young lady. You have been remarkably graceful and poised about this, and you are to be congratulated for your honesty...which is becoming rarer and rarer these days.

I'll leave my faith out of it for a second and just applaud the sheer honesty in the face of massive political correctness.

I understand you're going into the teaching field, I certainly hope you'd pick something more lucrative (I'm a teacher), but your choice is an honorable one.

Good luck to you and good fortune to your future endeavors and may God smile upon you. You are, in the opinion of more than a few people, the true winner of 'the contest'.

Great thoughts.

I had to chuckle at her this morning on the Today show. Normally I never watch NBC, but was flipping the channels when Fox had commercials on. She was being interviewed by Matt Lauer...and kept interrupting him. It made me laugh. That girl has SPUNK.

I hope she goes into public speaking of some form, like speaking to young people about being true to their convictions. She mentioned that while being interviewed. She's a GREAT role model for young people, young women especially.

She was being very tolerant. Or is the new definition of "tolerance" to bow down and give in to every letter of the liberal media-induced group-think?

If you are in the beauty pageant/modeling business, it's a retarded move to cross gay activists.

It's akin to being a NASCAR driver and mocking middle America conservatives.

She answered his question honestly and politely, and did not state that she is intolerant of gays.

His response was raving and full of hate, and definitely intolerant of her and her opinion.

It's a shame you don't see a difference.

Thumbs down

Lemme see if I've got this right.

Some beauty contestant gets asked a gay based question by some openly gay beauty contestant judge & then her answer reflects on how she was brought up.

This somehow translates into....

"God was testing my faith."

How arrogant.
