Currently an '04 Saturn Vue. Love the Honda V6 engine but it really sucks the fuel.
Back in my youth...
1962 Ford Galaxy. Metal dash, bench seat, no seatbelts, 3-speed manual shift on the steering column. This was my "learner"!!! An absolute tank that my Dad got me for $50 and would start up without fail in even the coldest weather.
1964 Chevy Impala, '67 Dodge Dart, and '71 Olds. Money pits all.

I had a 62 Galaxy too! I bought it for $42/ no heat, no shocks, but man that car started!!!!
I get the feeling that someone pulled a fast one. The only way I can think of that a Genesis Coupe would go for over $30k would be if you had an interest rate of well over 6%. and put all the optional equipment on in it.
$37K was the SALE price. Regardless of how it was financed or not financed.
Yes, I said from the beginning that someone saw this purchaser coming from a mile away.

Favorite vehicle I ever owned, LTD wagon with paneling on the sides--they had one like it on the Brady Bunch. Had the far back seat that flipped up. So big you could almost forget the pack o kids in the back when on a road trip.

Maybe your getting the Genesis and Genesis Coupe mixed up. They are separate models after all. The Genesis is a $30k+ luxury sedan designed to compete with the BMW 5-series and Lexus GS. The Genesis Coupe is the Tiburon replacement and is competing with the likes of the Mustang and Camaro.

I have a number of fun and weird cars, most of which are not restored at the moment, but I'm hoping to restore soon. Among them are two I'll bet nobody else on this forum has:
1975 Stinebaugh Leata pick-up truck. (One of only three in the world)
1962 BMW 600 Limosine (This is the four-seat version of the tiny Isetta)
I also have a '78 Fiat X 1/9, a '78 Fiat 124 Spyder, a '73 VW Westy Camper, a '61 VW single-cab pick-up truck (9' x 5' bed!) a '56 VW oval-window Beetle, a 1975 MGTD replica kit car, using an MG Midget 1275cc 4-cylinder engine in the front, instead of the ubiquitous VW in the rear, a 1975 Yamaha RD400 two-stroke twin, with ported cylinders and expansion chambers, (a heat-seeking missile!) and a 2001 Suzuki Intruder 1400VL, for cruising around Texas.
All the rest of my cars are booring.

I'm not getting them mixed up. I do title transfers for a living. Been doing title work since 1969.
