As you will see in my CV, I have 17+ years of professional work experience that is both broad and deep in both the residential and lite commercial sectors.



With thorough knowledge I preformed bi-monthly safety & security inspections of all stores, installed, repaired and maintained HVAC systems, lighting fixtures, repaired plumbing fixtures, re-keyed locks, rewired electrical circuits, repaired drywall, and performed interior & exterior painting and irrigation plumbing.


Project & Outside Vendor Experience:

Completed 2 interior build-outs / Remodels both projects were completed under budget and ahead of schedule.


Solicited commercial bids for a re-roof project in Wilmington, NC, my recommendation to superiors were approved and job was completed on time and under budget.
