Default Senior U.S. District Judge Kimba Wood denies Cohen's motion to inspect documents

Senior United States District Judge Kimba Wood of the Southern District of New York has denied Michael Cohen's motion to insect the seized documents. Instead, a specially cleared team of F.B.I. agents will continue to inspect the documents for privilege.

Pretty much as I expected. Cohen's motion was unlikely to be granted, particularly by a no nonsense veteran judge like Kimba Wood.

I wonder if Trump is dumb enough to attack her while she has his personal attorney in the dock.

You can delegitimize the entire judiciary.

    That is Trump's play.

    And his followers'.

He is more important to them than the institutions that hold us together.

Yeah that ship been sailed though.

You want to have some fun, try to get any of them to admit you should believe Trump's word. They'll imply it, they'll talk about the other side but they won't say it because even they know he's a pathological liar.

He attacked a judge that was sitting on one of his own cases. There's precedent for stupid.

And then you have people like Freedom Caucus/Tea Party favorite Jim Jordan, who just said he's never heard heard Trump tell a lie.

CNN host Anderson Cooper put Ohio Representative Jim Jordan in the hot seat Monday night, grilling the conservative lawmaker on the topic of whether he'd ever heard President Donald Trump lie. After trying to deflect the question, Jordan eventually shook his head and said, "I have not."

"I've never heard the president... He's always been square with me, that's for darn sure," Jordan said when asked if he'd heard Trump make false claims. When Cooper pressed the lawmaker on whether Trump had said untrue things to the public, Jordan attempted to deflect the question, hesitating over his answer, and then said, "I don't know of it. Nothing comes to mind."

I would note that her nanny was hired LEGALLY under the law as it existed at the time and she paid all taxes due. It was thought better for her to drop out since she would have been tarred by the previous nominee who did NOT pay the taxes for her nanny.

As for romantic scandals, obviously Trump is in ZERO position to throw stones on that count.
