I was unaware security engineers made that kind of decision.
also twitter is a private company and can do whatever they want with their data.

How is a private company handing over their own data subverting the Constitution?

You should read the Twitter TOS sometime.

first off what you have is a person who work at twitter making a personal statement not an offical statement by twitter, Twitter isn't giving up anyone personal information that we know off.
second DOJ doesn't need a subpoena to obtain information if that information is offered freely
third you have no personal right to privacy on twitter they made it clear in the TOS that they own express right to everything you do on their website.

According to Spicer, when he was Press Sec, they are official statements.

"The president is president of the United States," Spicer said, "so they are considered official statements by the president of the United States."

Accepting that as true, then deleting those tweets would be in violation of the Presidential Records Act.

I'd love to hear how Twitter handing over deleted Tweets that came directly from the POTUS amounts to treason. It's almost like you guys don't understand any definitions anymore.

Project Veritas has such a stellar reputation for inventing the truth.
