Default Not guilty in the Kate Steinle case.

So in California, you can take a rifle, point it into a crowd and pull the trigger and kill someone. And that is not a crime.

Is that the law for everyone or simply the illegal invader rule?

I like how this is Liberals fault.

Well, they at least did find the scumbag guilty of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. It looks like that could get him 1-3 years in prison before he is deported AGAIN.

Of course once he is deported he'll likely sneak back into the country and be able to stay in a sanctuary city with no problem.

Then he needs to have another "accident" where he is the victim.

I am reading that BOTH sets of attorneys trashed Trump's views on illegals during their press conferences. That is enough to make you sick!

The left really do not care about the safety of American citizens.
Sadly that is not hyperbole, they really think protecting people here illegally, even those who commit other crimes, is more important than the lives of American citizens.

That is correct, the defense argued that this man picked up the gun and it accidentally fired and ricocheted off a steel beam (not floor) and hit this woman in the back.

Yep. I can see him beating the murder rap because that requires intent. REALLY don't know how he wasn't found guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
