Default The most accurate shooter in the history of mankind

Steve Paddock killed 59 people and injured 530 more in Las Vegas from a room 320 feet in the air and over 400 yards away from a field where people had gathered for a country music event.
And he did all this damage with rapid fire weapons. The difficulty of doing this with these weapons shows an extraordinary weapon control because only moving the rifle by one degree would send the rounds beyond or short of the event.
The LV Sheriff said today that he fired 1100 shots with 200 being fired through the door at security and that many of his rifles jammed.
The breaks down to almost 600 hits in 900 shots in 10 minuets.
Having shot automatic weapons and observing how they tend to climb the ladder the faster you pull the trigger, his accuracy from that distance is incredible. An old man with no formal training.
    Anyone buying this?

Like shooting fish in a barrel. Except they were not fish and they were not confined to a barrel. And using slide fire makes the weapon very inaccurate. As I said, one degree off and he misses the entire field from that distance.

I shoot things from that distance, I know how far it is. The fact that it was a crowd like that and all he really had to do was hit the field, at least in the beginning, made it a lot easier to get the high body count.

I don't understand why you mentioned what the sheriff said other than repeating what we already know.

    That's debatable.
I saw Lucky McDaniel shoot aspirins and BBs out of the air with a Red Ryder BB gun. He could do it with any rifle. He used a BB gun for safety. He didn't miss.

This is the first time the Sheriff gave a bullet count. It is the first time he claimed that multiple weapons jammed.

You don't use a slide fire or bump stock to shoot things at 500 yards with a 300 foot drop and get the accuracy to hit a field consistently without a lot of practice and strength.

I think it's that fava's insatiability for conspiracy theories knows no bounds.
