Trump is intentionally trying to sink it by killing off the subsidies for low-income individuals, which was just announced yesterday. In other words, those who couldn't afford without the subsidies are completely screwed now. Is this what you call making America great?

Are we all fine with this? I'm not.
I'm not only fine with it, I'm great with it. Set up a charity and give them your money if you want. I have no objection to that.

People should stop depending on the govt for their subsistence and depend on themselves. They will be much happier.

I'll be curious to see how the politics of this shakes out. It's entirely possible that Trump's arson is setting up the next year as a rolling healthcare/insurance crisis: Who takes the heat for that? On one hand, if the rough logic of the last eight years is any guide, the party in power. And I am not sure how this fits into the GOP doing well in the midterms when Trump has been, in no small part, running against them in the House and Senate. On the other hand, who the **** knows?

All the progressives now fine with the 8 billion in profits the insurance companies made last year thanks to Obamacare.
What happened to all that 'evil big insurance company' talk of a few years ago?

Not really interested in this debate any longer, it became a moot point long ago.

Won't it be fun when many of the Emperor's biggest fans get next year's Health Insurance bill?

Assuming they can find insurance to cover their pre-existing conditions, of course.
Its still not bad enough, yet.

Far more people got stuck with the bill than receive subsidies.

Don't need them, it's self evident, everyone who is insured is picking up the tab for those getting subsidies or with pre-existing conditions in the form of higher premiums and deductibles as well as taxes.
