Default Bob Beckel out at FNC

For making an "insensitive" remark to a black employee.

Seriously, what the **** is going on over there? They going to have anyone in the opinion division left by the end of the year?

Could have actually been something fairly mild, given the tensions relating to the ongoing racial discrimination lawsuit.

Apparently one of the long standing management staff made some pretty reprehensible racist comments to several black FNC employees over a long period of time, and nothing was done about it, at least till after the Murdoch sons took over.

    So eggshells for now.

Nah...I would wager both he knows and the other employees know as well if he said something to them. God can be left out of this one.

Actually he's perfect messenger for libs....specially white libs that believe blacks should know there place.

And thus that's where I believe his insensitive comment took place.

Libs think they can get away with it.

at cnn and msnbc they can.... they just end the word with an a instead of an r.

Gotta wonder how long it takes one of their right-wing competitors to start seriously nipping at their heels. MSNBC is already eating their lunch by some recent ratings demo's.
That needs to be stated and stated again. Ailes built the monster and brought it to life. I don't think he was holding it together. How could the Frankenstein monster he built be contained? It couldn't. Even Donald Trump with his remarks to Megyn Kelly was part of it.

I saw this a little bit ago. My first thought was; "not again!" His tirades were fun to watch and, as has been said, he really wasn't a great spokesman for the liberal cause.

Best of luck in all your future endeavors (the polite brush off!).

Your saying he reinforces some stereotypical narrative right wingers have about dems and Blacks? I guess that could be why Fox would want him. Remember, it was dems who felt even a Black man like Obama could be our president...that is where our place is with dems. Remind me again, what republicans said about Obama? They could not even accept that he was "eligible". Trump could not even accept that he was "American", in fact he rose to the top of the GOP by being the most high profile BIRTHER eva.
