So, it was all like, Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria Syria for a month straight, with the national Republicans and the local denizens.

And then, Obama gets a political settlement without violence, and suddenly, not a Republican or conservative anywhere can be induced to give a flying **** about...

    Syria.

My question is: when does it become a compelling, end-of-the-world topic for conservatives, again?

I for one am glad the wardrums have slowed and gas has gone down to $2.99 gal. here, maybe he can make some progress with Iran now, I am supporting him to the fullest in that endeavor
A government small enough to drown in a tub is just what I want

I was happy that we avoided military conflict, nothing has changed since then. I still highly doubt we get all their chemical weapons.

Obama was the only one calling for violence with his red line blurt. Most here said to keep the hell out and let our enemies kill each other.
As for any settlement, you have got to be kidding. Nothing is settled in Syria.

From what I remember most wanted nothing to do with going to Syria. It appears nothing in Syria was settled, Ibama was shown up and continues to be a laughing stock on the worlds stage
I did not vote for that fool

Political settlement?...has the killing stopped?....He did give Assad tacit permission to go keep on killing Syrians as long as he doesn't do it with Chemecal Weapons...well as long as he doesn't use too much...

This settlement is a boon for Assad. He'll get a nice big UN shield while they search for his weapons, likely not finding many, and he'll be able to regroup and crush the rebels afterwards.

Same. I'm happy Obama didn't screw up his red line boondoggle even more and get us into military action.
