Obama didn't get to where he is without a lot of help. He is speaking from personal knowledge because that is all he knows. He doesn't understand that people do work hard on their own and take risks to be a success without help from others. Obama was never able to achieve that kind of unsupported success.

That's just atrocious. It's a lame attempt to appeal to poor, "gimme gimme" people. It's reinforcing his platform that the rich are stealing from the poor, that they don't deserve to keep their money, that it's not hard-earned, etc.

They have an awful idea, awful execution, poor work ethic, or any number of issues. No-one "creates" anything in a vacuum, particularly a business. But it's more fun to go with the out of context quote.

Lots of people are smart and work hard and have good idea's, that doesn't mean that that's all it takes to create a business successfully.

Similarly there are plenty enough stupid or lazy people who are successful. This isn't an either or proposition.
