she e-mailed me and advised that her IP has been banned but i find no reason in this forum. is this an upgrade flaw?
she cant even browse the site as it indicated IP blocked.Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.

No one has been banned. It's a forum bug that's being worked on. It's been happening to me as well about once an hour Clearing her cache and restarting her modem may help.
