Bout time for that electoral map to be revised to reflect the gain with the Indies. After all the underpinnings of that old poll, that gave barack the edge, was his lead with Independents, but that was a few months ago. You ain't gonna win without the Indies, and Obama's low turnout on Saturday isn't helping matters, but it does shed some light.

The election is still six months out.

Why are some folk (on both sides) obsessed with polls at this point?

That wasn't what the man said. Cherry pick it all you want, but in the end, the sentiment was that there are sacrifices that have already been made, and that we are going to strive to keep this a nation worthy of those sacrifices.

I mean, in the end, we as a nation lost a ****load of troops in the propping up of Iraq, and if we are all being honest here, there is a good possibility that that government is going to eventually fall. If that happens, was the loss of those lives really worthy of what ended up happening?

Hell no, and saying so isn't hating on America. Neither was what he said.
