    Default Advanced Search

I understand the new forum is a work in progress, but I'm sure many of us, myself included, are sorely missing the ability to do a refined search. Am I not seeing a link or button to that search, or is there any way that can be created so that I don't need to flood the general search to assess it? Also, when I did reach that page, I couldn't find a "search answers by post" option. Any way to create that?

Bump, since I get the impression this has been overlooked.

OK, I see the posts option, but on the board, I still only see a search bar without a link that allows me to reach the page you had linked.

Near the bottom of any board (WP, GIT, AAW) there is a "quick navigation" button. The search function will appear as a menu item.

As an alternative, I'm personally finding this useful. Create a folder on your Bookmarks toolbar, then add links as needed to common useful pages.

No hunting, one stop shopping to all the links I normally use.
