The default is "do not subscribe" so there is no button until you change that.
To do so goto "my settings" then to "my account" then to "general settings".
Scroll down to the subscription settings and turn it on. You can set it to automatic or manual etc. Manual should make a button appear I think, but I don't use it so not exactly sure..

I agree with that. However, there is plenty of overlap. The sins that the ten commandments address do tend to form an wicked synergy in the M.O. of the sinner.
