It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If the—if he—if 'is' means is and never has been, that is not—that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement

I do enjoy when people misspell words such as "idiot" while they are calling someone that though... :)

Well some vets charge too much for annual shots and will only see dogs and cats but not any other type of pets. But the again you have those who will only see horses but not cows. Now I ask you is that fair?
