or ambidextrous?

Right handed.

But I guess I should be a southpaw.

People always think I am left handed because I apparently wear my watch on the wrong side?

I wear it on the right when I wear one.

I'm a rightie. My middle son is also a rightie. My wife, oldest son, and daughter are all southpaws.

If you tie your watch on with your left hand,

you may well have subliminal ambidextrous tendancies,

buried since early childhood.

I had an injury to my right wrist and arm in early grade school and I was able to write fairly well with my left hand and get by fairly well while my arm was in a cast and a sling.

That was a long time before I ever wore a watch.

I think there is must truth to what you are saying.

ambidextrous....I do some things as a righty, some as a lefty and some with both just depending on the moment.

did you know that "Ambidextrous" means two right hands?

And that the word for 'left' is 'sinister'?

Oh and I am right handed but left eyed. So in the Army I would shoot left handed and I wore my side arm on my left.

I'm the same way, but since an unfortunate incident at a resort involving 8-year-old me, a rifle and a very unlucky squirrel, I'm not allowed near guns so much.

I used to wear my watch on my right wrist too, people bitched at me so much about it I finally changed it to my left wrist and its still not comfortable.

Since burning lefties as witches became outlawed in most countries, we've been seriously growing in numbers. Soon, we'll take over the world!

Same here; right handed but left eye dominant. I'm much better with a handgun than a rifle because of this. I simply turn my head so I sight with my left eye.

The odd thing is, since laser eye surgery, my right eye is now better than my left. But after years of shooting this way I just keep doing it.

Got two competitions this weekend. Steel plate match on Saturday and cowboy action shooting on Sunday.

I can do a few things with my left hand, but mostly I'm a righty.

My dad was a lefty and I remember him trying to teach me how to tie my shoes...he spent like 3 or 4 days trying to show me, and I couldn't catch on...he thought I was a little moron or something...then my uncle came to visit, he's a righty, and Dad asked him to show me...watched him do it once and picked right up...I've been a shoe tying fool ever since...

My Dad did the same thing to my son and come to think of it it's possible he did it to us kids.

It was fun to watch my dad (lefty) write...It's amazing some of the directions a forearm and wrist can turn...and his shoulder would be up to his ear, but by God he'd get it done.

I can hand write (lefty) upside down pretty well when I get a little practice.

i think it is. i also think it has to do with parents pushing the use of the right hand. I also wonder if there is any connection between being left eyed and right handed and forms of dyslexia and or ADHD.

Most interesting thread!!!!

I use both hands depending what I am doing!!

I have noticed brown eyed people are left handed interesting.

So I have been ambidextrous since childhood.

I memorized a lot starting at 2 years old. Education was stressed.

amazing...

Yes they do.

My wife said "Oh I didn't know you were left handed" the first time I put one on that she had given me.

I didn't own a watch before that.

I said I wasn't and she got all upset because "You are wearing it on the wrong side" saying that as if I had mental problems for doing so.
