A coupla summers ago, me and my family drove over to Atlanta to pay a visit to my wife's two nieces who live there.

Actually, "the X Factor" wasn't too bad, but "Virtual11" was pure poop...

They formed in 1978, put out their first official record in 1980, and still sell out every show, world wide. Arenas, not the local pubs...:lol:

They are like the Rolling Stones of heavy metal.

What's best about them is that they are like seeing an opera, grandiose, soaring vocals, intricate and melodic guitar work, the stage show (lights, artwork, visual effects) itself is spectacular usually.

Anyway, I don't expect everyone to love them like I do, but they speak to me.

I like most any rock bands, except U2, and Bon Jovi, and Bruce Springsteen.. :lol:

My dad was quite the womanizer.

He had a girlfriend at age 76 before he died and he was in the Nursing Home. He loved the ladies.

My step mother was a mail order bride.
