dictionary says "tidy, trim".
As previously mentioned, I used the word "unkempt" earlier today,
in a sentence referring to the condition of my office.

It turned out that Hillary Clinton had no foreign policy experience (aside from being shot at by snipers), and she was totally unable to win the VP debate against Mitt Romney. As a result, Lettucehead won the election, and just like Bob Dole before him, Obama lost the election because he got Kempt.
