I was actually at the beach yesterday. It was a nice day,I was needing some spirituality and ocean air and in 30 minutes I had it all and then some. ;) My soul was replenished as I walked along the edge of the shore. Magical.

Well what i do is usually scour through posts, and pick up my guitar every once in a while to kill some time if I think someone is going to reply. It's pretty lonely. I wish I could just sleep through the whole night, but For some reason i can't get more then a few hours of sleep anymore.

Yeah, I've tried all the OTC meds. I was taking Ambien for a while but if you take that crap for too long you start having short term memory loss, and you're even worse off when you stop taking it.

I've had gray in my hair since i was young well its a shade of gray and it gets blended in with the blond highlights in the summer but, well heres a pic of me in all of my unshaven need a haircut caveman glory, enjoy it while it's up I will be deleting it in a minute.
