They always say please, and thank you..excuse me..sir, ma'am..they clean their own plates after dinner and put them in the dishwasher..make their own beds every morning..keep their own rooms clean..and they're ready for bed by 8:30....we trained them well.

I somehow hurt my back...not even sure how it happened.
I am a lot better today after three visits to the chiro than I was yesterday.
The xrays showed that my hips and pelvis are all out of whack. One hip is higher than the other and it's twisted and locked into a place it shouldn't be. Also my L4 and L5 are extremely inflamed and swollen. This has happened about 4 times in my life....but it hasn't happened in 4 yrs. I'd forgotten how horribly painful it is.

Strap on the tens unit. You'll be in heaven. My mom is supposed to get one for the issues she's been having with her hip. The doc said she can wear it 24/7 if she needs to. Doesn't hurt a bit.

They really are great for back pain, takes those muscles all knotted up around the spine and relaxes them so they don't pull the problem areas around so much. You think it hurts at first, but you get used to it real quick. After a while just makes the muscle burn like your working out. You don't even feel the shock by then.

3 dead and 6 injured in the rescue attempts, they're only advancing about 90 feet a day and they've got 1,200 feet to go. That's two more weeks at the current rate of progress and the miners have been down there for 12 days now.

Even if the trapped miners have water and air they didn't have enough food to live on for 26 days so I think this just turned into a recovery effort, and is no longer a rescue.

4Th drill hole was about complete. New plan is if they find them with the newest drill hole, it would take two weeks to complete a hole large enought to bring them out of. Now like I said, 4th drill hole will be large enough to send food, water, blankets, light ect down to them.

Rick, does Garrison still have a big head? My son always had a big head, and someone once told me that it was an indication that he would be tall, b/c he would grow into it. He did. He's not huge or anything, but he is about 6'2" - 6'3" and he is a big boy w/ big broad shoulders. His head fits him now. :))
