The smart ppl that I work with here at the bank this is retarded as well.
not only is it retarded, anyone bothing to open such an account, needs to have their heads examined
and, for some reason, i would think the feds would have a problem with that since the 401k were a tax exempt or tax defered program

Nature of the beast.
Like interest only ARM mortgages. Reverse mortgages. Low interest introductory credit cards. Leveraged buy outs (oops! did one of those). Five year financing on used cars, and on and on.
Imaginative ideas are not only applied to material objects, but financial concepts as well.
They are not always intelligent choices.

Well most are defered, the kind that I use for my employees, they donate before taxes. It would be ludicrous to make borrowing against it easy. This is rediculous.

I recently heard about a "two generation" mortgage in Japan.
Haven't looked into it, but it left me wondering...
are they obligating their children?

I really imagine it's a forty year note or some such. I just can't see how you could commit to a contract that included stipulations for incompetents (born or gleaming in their father's eye) to a debt forty years in the future.

Whats that about?
Normally I run Network for Nightline, Jimmy K. then local for an hour, then back to Net for Would News Now. But net dedided to throw in the Pacific time zone Nightline for more election updates and didn't bother to tell anyone so we little local peons could adjust our commercial logs to be able to air commercials within the altered programming schedule.
So after the appropriate finger gestures at the network monitor I had to readjust my commercial load to match the networks insanity.
I love this job.......sometimes.

I think it's something of a safe bet that country is ignoring the amateur pundits that inhabit the blogosphere.
Much to our chagrin.

Yeah. I'm letting it go.
Can we all agree that Paul is a non-contender, now? Or will there be an internet poll that shows him winning everything, including even the debates he's no longer invited to attend?
The new "secret" strategy?
He'll take the White House by clever manipulation in a brokered convention.
Or his grassroots will practice some vaguely threatening "scorched earth" policy that will emasculate the GOP for the next decade. Along with the MSM...

Here's my general stand-in-for-it-all comment on his active supporters: I watched them march up and down Elm St, here in the Manch, wearing Minutemen militia outfits, pounding period costume drums, chanting, "Ron Paul Revolution! Take back our Constitution!"
The dirty hippies with their hippie sweat (patchouli) up at the Bread and Puppets (Vermont) put on a better costume show. And are more coherent. Even after the first nine waves of ganja passing.

No disrespect to the forum regulars who have some philosophical affinity for Paul's positions intended, nor should it be inferred.
Sadly, a number of thoughtful regulars who hitched their wagons to Paul's small government star...
were sideswiped in the ensuing pileup of hooligans recklessly running the wheels of his grassroots caravan.
Some had the humor and sense to know it wasn't personal (hat tip Article). Some were deeply and, perhaps, permanently offended.
C'est la guerre...
