In January 1998, Representative Bobby Moak (R-MS) proposed House Bill 192 dubbed "Smoke a Joint, Lose a Limb." Section One states: "In lieu of any other penalty prescribed by law, the court may allow any person who is convicted for a violation of the Controlled Substances Law to have a body part removed. In Kansas, a coalition of 38 Republican state legislators has proposed that growing marijuana should be punishable by life without parole. First degree murderers in Kansas are eligible for parole after 25 years.


Without marijuana smokers to pursue, the "enemy" pool would be reduced to 2 million hard-core heroin and cocaine addicts, many struggling in abject poverty. The drug war would potentially be seen as a race war, operating without a clue as to the mechanics of addiction. The domestic paramilitary approach would inevitably give way to maintenance programs and community outreach. For the War on Drugs to remain a viable policy for the many key players profiting immensely from prohibition, marijuana must therefore remain illegal.

Every year he used to have a golf tournament to raise money for cancer patients called the Beaver Liquor Open. The Platform

1. Defense and Homeland Security.
A strong, prepared military is essential for national security. The protection of US interests and the lives of American citizens is paramount. National Guard, Reserve strength should be increased as well as the number of combat-ready Active Duty units. Home Guard/Defense units need to be created, utilizing State Guard Association (SGAUS) chapters, CAP, And Civil Defense units.

2. Immigration.
Legal immigration is welcome, but illelgal immigrants are not.
There should be a 'zero tolerance' on illegal immigration and strong punishments for anyone encouraging, abetting, or supporting illegal immigration. INS /Border Patrol strength needs to be greatly increased. The borders of the nation need to be physically tightened and much more closely guarded. National Guard and Home Guard units can be utilized to patrol many of the more remote areas.

3. Welfare
Help for those who truly need it. Education and training programs are needed for the rest in order to break the welfare cycle. By heping people help themselves, you can ease the financial strain on goverment and instill self-esteen and independence that will keep future genterations from falling into the death-trap of welfare.

4. Illegal Drugs.
I support the death penalty for anyone found guilty of the illegal manufacture or distribution of illegal drugs. I support the use of military action against foriegn drug cartels if foriegn goverments will do nothing about the problem within their own borders.

5. 2nd Amendment and Gun Control.
I strongly support the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. When you disarm the citizenry, you disenfranchise them. An armed person is a citizen, a disarmed person is a slave. I also support national reciprocity for concealed carry licences.
I support the lifting of the Assault Rifle Ban amd magazine capacity restrictions.
I also support the Death Penalty for anyone convicted of using a firearm in the commision of a felony.

6. Term Limits.
I support term limits. An elected official should only be alowed two terms in any Legislative or Executive Branch post. Also, elected official should not have any special pension system, they should pay into Social Security like everybody else.

7.Health care.
I believe that national health care for citizen is possible. For those that can afford private insurance or belong to a group health plan, that's fine. But for those who don't, I propose that the National Health Service be greatly expanded to provide needed health care for those that require it. Utilization of ex-military medical personnel in a mode similar to National Guard/Reserve service to work in this capacity in order to fill the need and recieve educational/retirement type benefits. This program would also be an area of voluntary National Service (#11)

8. Line Item Veto.
I believe that the Line Item Veto is needed in order to cut out 'Pork Barrel' and wasteful spending. Too much of the taxpayer's money is thrown away on that are worthless, unneeded, or should be the in the areas of private businesses or universities.

9. Tax Reform.
I suppport a National Sales Tax (10%) and abolishment of the individual/corporate income tax, inheritence/death taxes, windfall/prize taxes, and capital gains taxes. Tariffs on imported items should be standardized and evenly levied. The federal goverment needs to be trimmed down in size and scope in order to operate within it's original Constitutional parameters

10. Energy .
I support a strong National Energy Policy that includes drill for resouces of fossil fuels in Alaska, offshore and reopening existing fields in the US. I believe that more new, modern refineries are needed. Ethanol, LPG, hydrogen fuel cell and biodiesel technologies need to be encouraged by the private sector. I believe that the US needs to aggressively persue the building of nuclear, solar, tidal and wind powered energy production facilities.

11. National Service.
I believe that every citizen should perform at least two (2) years of voluntary national srvice of a full or part-time basis in either a military or community action (health service, public education, Conservation Corps) capacity. The Platform

1. Defense and Homeland Security.
A strong, prepared military is essential for national security. The protection of US interests and the lives of American citizens is paramount. National Guard, Reserve strength should be increased as well as the number of combat-ready Active Duty units. Home Guard/Defense units need to be created, utilizing State Guard Association (SGAUS) chapters, CAP, And Civil Defense units.

2. Immigration.
Legal immigration is welcome, but illelgal immigrants are not.
There should be a 'zero tolerance' on illegal immigration and strong punishments for anyone encouraging, abetting, or supporting illegal immigration. INS /Border Patrol strength needs to be greatly increased. The borders of the nation need to be physically tightened and much more closely guarded. National Guard and Home Guard units can be utilized to patrol many of the more remote areas.

3. Welfare
Help for those who truly need it. Education and training programs are needed for the rest in order to break the welfare cycle. By heping people help themselves, you can ease the financial strain on goverment and instill self-esteen and independence that will keep future genterations from falling into the death-trap of welfare.

4. Illegal Drugs.
I support the death penalty for anyone found guilty of the illegal manufacture or distribution of illegal drugs. I support the use of military action against foriegn drug cartels if foriegn goverments will do nothing about the problem within their own borders.

5. 2nd Amendment and Gun Control.
I strongly support the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. When you disarm the citizenry, you disenfranchise them. An armed person is a citizen, a disarmed person is a slave. I also support national reciprocity for concealed carry licences.
I support the lifting of the Assault Rifle Ban amd magazine capacity restrictions.
I also support the Death Penalty for anyone convicted of using a firearm in the commision of a felony.

6. Term Limits.
I support term limits. An elected official should only be alowed two terms in any Legislative or Executive Branch post. Also, elected official should not have any special pension system, they should pay into Social Security like everybody else.

7.Health care.
I believe that national health care for citizen is possible. For those that can afford private insurance or belong to a group health plan, that's fine. But for those who don't, I propose that the National Health Service be greatly expanded to provide needed health care for those that require it. Utilization of ex-military medical personnel in a mode similar to National Guard/Reserve service to work in this capacity in order to fill the need and recieve educational/retirement type benefits. This program would also be an area of voluntary National Service (#11)

8. Line Item Veto.
I believe that the Line Item Veto is needed in order to cut out 'Pork Barrel' and wasteful spending. Too much of the taxpayer's money is thrown away on that are worthless, unneeded, or should be the in the areas of private businesses or universities.

9. Tax Reform.
I suppport a National Sales Tax (10%) and abolishment of the individual/corporate income tax, inheritence/death taxes, windfall/prize taxes, and capital gains taxes. Tariffs on imported items should be standardized and evenly levied. The federal goverment needs to be trimmed down in size and scope in order to operate within it's original Constitutional parameters

I support a strong National Energy Policy that includes drill for resouces of fossil fuels in Alaska, offshore and reopening existing fields in the US. I believe that more new, modern refineries are needed. Ethanol, LPG, hydrogen fuel cell and biodiesel technologies need to be encouraged by the private sector. I believe that the US needs to aggressively persue the building of nuclear, solar, tidal and wind powered energy production facilities.

I believe that every citizen should perform at least two (2) years of voluntary national srvice of a full or part-time basis in either a military or community action (health service, public education, Conservation Corps) capacity. I see it every day... I am a Senior Drafter/Designer, and come across what is Supposed to be "Approved" drawings for Construction, which I am only using for my Industry, and I find issues with them all of the time...

Engineers are not to be Questioned, by the way.

And one of two things happen when their Stubborness Manifests itself after the Fact:

1.) They call and tell you to fix it, as if you did not already Alert them to the problem before the final Inspection found it, and of course, they do not Credit you for having told them about it.

2.) They Blame you, order the Change, and never Acknowlege at all that you pointed it out, instead, tell everyone they come in contact with that it's your Fault.

For that reason, a Decade ago, I began Documenting everything.

Needless to say, there are many now who know better than to pull stunts like that with this Mullet-laiden Cracker.

"So you want it to stay this way?... OK, then could I get you to sign off on this Drawing then?"...

This is usually followed by, "On second thought, let me check with the City on this."

It's the extra step that they "just don't have the time for."

I don't have the time nor the Patience to do things twice for no reason, and on top of that, to take the Blame for it...

i worked for the state ....for about 6 months......checking stupid stuff . surveying.....
when they were training us on the use of levels... one guy would set it up so high that only he could see thru it... well we got him .... the head guy would read the grade pole... then the other would read it.... but while they were changing places we would place the level rod on a rock ... thus giving a different reading...

and they gave everyone nicknames..... so when i decided i was my turn... which i guess wasnt allowed.... seeing how i was asked not to use my nicknames.....

they had one guy there that was about 25... that had the shakes ....a misspend youth of drugs.....
he couldn't drink a half of cup of coffee without spilling half of it...

My presidential platform for the FREEDOM UNITED Party.
I would support a Constitutional Convention to accomplish the following.

1. Defense and Homeland Security.
A strong, prepared military is essential for national security. The protection of US interests and the lives of American citizens is paramount. National Guard, Reserve strength should be increased as well as the number of combat-ready Active Duty units. Home Guard/Defense units need to be created, utilizing State Guard Association (SGAUS) chapters, Civil Air Patrol, Coast Gaurd Auxillary Power Squdrons, And Civil Defense units.

2. Immigration.
Legal immigration is welcome, but illelgal immigrants are not.
There should be a 'zero tolerance' on illegal immigration and strong punishments for anyone encouraging, abetting, or supporting illegal immigration. Illegal aliens should not be allowed access to any govermental social or educational services. INS /Border Patrol strength needs to be greatly increased. The borders of the nation need to be physically tightened and much more closely guarded. National Guard and Home Guard units can be utilized to patrol many of the more remote areas.

3. Welfare
Help for those who truly need it. Education and training programs are needed for the rest in order to break the welfare cycle. By heping people help themselves, you can ease the financial strain on goverment and instill self-esteen and independence that will keep future genterations from falling into the death-trap of welfare.

4. Illegal Drugs.
I support the death penalty for anyone found guilty of the illegal manufacture or distribution of illegal drugs. I support the use of military action against foriegn drug cartels if foriegn goverments will do nothing about the problem within their own borders.

5. 2nd Amendment and Gun Control.
I strongly support the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. When you disarm the citizenry, you disenfranchise them. An armed person is a citizen, a disarmed person is a slave. I also support national reciprocity for concealed carry licences.
I support the lifting of the Assault Rifle Ban amd magazine capacity restrictions.
I also support the Death Penalty for anyone convicted of using a firearm in the commision of a felony.

6. Term Limits.
I support term limits. An elected official should only be alowed two terms in any Legislative or Executive Branch post. Also, elected official should not have any special pension system, they should pay into Social Security like everybody else.

7.Health care.
I believe that national basic health care for American citizens is possible. For those that can afford private insurance or belong to a group health plan, that's fine. But for those who don't, I propose that the National Health Service be greatly expanded to provide needed health care for those that require it. Utilization of ex-military medical personnel in a mode similar to National Guard/Reserve service to work in this capacity in order to fill the need and recieve educational/retirement type benefits. This program would also be an area of voluntary National Service (#11)

8. Line Item Veto.
I believe that the Line Item Veto is needed in order to cut out 'Pork Barrel' and wasteful spending. Too much of the taxpayer's money is thrown away on projects that are worthless, unneeded, or should be the in the areas of private businesses or universities.

9. Tax Reform.
I suppport a National Sales Tax (10%) and abolishment of the individual/corporate income tax, inheritence/death taxes, windfall/prize taxes, and capital gains taxes. Tariffs on imported items should be standardized and evenly levied. The federal goverment needs to be trimmed down in size and scope in order to operate within it's original Constitutional parameters

10. Energy .
I support a strong National Energy Policy that includes drill for resouces of fossil fuels in Alaska, offshore and reopening existing fields in the US. I believe that more new, modern refineries are needed. Ethanol, LPG, hydrogen fuel cell and biodiesel technologies need to be encouraged by the private sector. I believe that the US needs to aggressively persue the building of nuclear, solar, tidal and wind powered energy production facilities.

11. National Service.
I believe that every citizen should perform at least two (2) years of voluntary national service of a full or part-time basis in either a military or community action (health service, public education, Conservation Corps) capacity. I also believe that this type of service should be taken into consideration when applyng for student loans/goverment programs. Service should have it's rewards.

12. English as The Official Language.
I believe that English should be the official language of the United States and that all goverment, business, and legal proceedings and transactions be done in English only. Proficiency in spoken and written English should be a requirement for immigration into the United States.

13. Education.
The Federal goverment should get entirely out of the education business with the exception of the service academies. Primary, secondary, post-secondary, vocational-technical and professional education should be regulated at the state and local level or by private/religious entities The following steps need to be taken;
1. Get rid of the teacher's unions. The NEA has ruined this nation's schools.
2. Teacher pay increases should be based on how well their students perform on tests.
3. Get the federal goverment out of the elememtary and high schools. Leave those areas to the local school boards.
4. School uniforms.
5. Stress the '5 Rs'. Reading, wRiting, aRithmetic, Responsibility, Respect.
6. Dump 'bi-lingual' education. This is America, teach in English. (Foriegn language class being the obvious exception)
&. Dump 'multi-culturalism'. This is America and we live in an American culture.


14. Affirmative Action.
This deplorable practice must end. I would support the removal of any reference to race, gender, age, or religion on ALL school applications and ALL employment applications.

15. Prohibit foriegn companies/citizens from owning US real estate.
Foriegn companies/citizens can own buildings, but not the land the building sits on, they'll pay rent on that. In this manner foriegn companies/citizens will have to conduct themselves in an ethical manner, otherwise the lease may be broken and they can be evicted. Realistically, they'd have nothing to worry about unless they started screwing over people.

16. The United Nations.
The United States will withdraw ALL support and personnel from the United Nations, rescind its membership and revoke the UN charter. The United Nations and it's members will be given 7 days notice to remove their staffs from the United States and locate elsewhere. Tthe United Nations building wil then be razed and a modern state-of-the-art, veteran's hospital will be built in it's place.

17. Foriegn Aid to Hostile Countries.
Humanitarian aid to the Third World has always been an outwardly, but often unnoticed, sign of the American belief in helping others. But, aid to openly hostile nations (N.Korea for example) will cease immediately. Aid to any country where U.S. citizens are not wanted or might face danger will cease. The message will be clear. If you want something from America, you should bvecome a friend of America.

18. Military Alliances
To replace the defunct United Nations and NATO (which is rapidly becoming filled with Anti-American EU states) I would propose the formation of a mutual assistance and military alliance organization composed solely of free republics and democracies. No socialist nations, theocracies, or dictatorships will be accepted.

19. Vehicle User Fees
I propose annual federal user fees of $50 per motorcycle, $100 per car or SUV or van or light truck, $250 per motorhome or bus and $1000 per heavy truck to pay for road repairs on federal roads and interstate highways.

20. AMTRACK and public transportation.
AMTRACK Should be dissolved and passenger rail service returned to the private sector where it can be run more efficently and expanded to cover more parts of the nation. Public transportation nationwide need improvement.

21. Capital punishment.
Capital Punishment should be mandatory for Murderers, Rapists, Child Molesters, Drug Dealers, Terrorists, Armed Robbers, Kidnappers, Spies, and Traitors.

22. Understandable Documents.
I will propose legislation that all goverment, court, and civil documents (including ballots and bond issues) be mandatorily worded in easily understandable English.

23. U.S. Disaster Relief Corps
Develope a volunteer cadre of skilled citizens for deployement to disaster areas to work with FEMA, Red Cross, Salvation Army, National Guard, Health Service, etc, when disaster strikes the United States and our neighbors.

Recipe Stollen -- a Quick Bread Recipe
Gourmet Tip: Use the Madagascar Vanilla Bean for the vanilla in your recipe stollen.

Tip #2: For best flavor, try grating your own spices using a good tool like the Microplane Spice Grater .

2 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mace
8 cardomon seed pods, seeds -- removed and crushed
3/4 cup almonds, blanched, ground
1/2 cup butter, soft
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 tbsp brandy
1/2 cup currants
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup candied lemon peel, chopped
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar, powdered

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, mace, and crushed cardamon seeds. Stir in the ground almonds. Cut in the soft butter until the mixture resembles coarse sand.

In a blender, cream the egg with the cream cheese, vanilla, almond extract, and brandy. Pour into a bowl and stir in the dried fruit. Gradually stir in the flour mixture until well blended.

Work the dough into a ball and turn it out on a lightly floured board. Knead it for a few minutes until it is smooth, then place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or up to several days if desired.

Shape the recipe stollen dough into a flat, oval loaf, about 10 inches long and eight inches wide. With the blunt edge of a knife, crease the loaf about 1/2 inch off center, down the length of it. Fold the smaller side of the creased loaf over the wider side. Brush the top of the folded loaf with the melted butter. Place the recipe stollen on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for about 45 minutes, until it starts to turn brown on the outside. Remove and cool slightly. Dust recipe stollen lightly with confectioner's sugar.

Recipe Stollen with Yeast
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup candied red cherries, halved
1/4 ccup currants
1/4 cup candied citron, diced *
1/4 cup rum
4 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
2 packages active dry yeast
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tbsp orange peel, finely shredded. Tip: Zesting an orange is a lot simpler if you have a decent tool. The Microplane Fine Screen Zester 40001 is a good one that will last forever and which you can use to grate spices as well.

1/2 cup almonds, blanched chopped
Confectioners' glaze **
Optional but Recommended: 4 tsp Bread Dough Enhancer, 10 oz.

1 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp milk or more as needed
Mix together until spreading consistency is reached.


Combine raisins, cherries, currants, citron or citrus peel and rum. Set aside to soak.

In mixer bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and yeast. Heat milk, butter, sugar and salt over low heat, stirring until warm. Add to dry ingredients along with eggs, orange peel and lemon peel. Beat on low for 1/2 minute. Beat 3 minutes at high speed. Stir in fruit-rum mixture, almonds and enough flour to make a soft dough.

Turn onto floured board and knead in enough flour to make a moderately soft, smooth ball. Place ball in greased bowl. Turn once. cover. Rise until double. divide in half. Cover and rest for ten minutes.

On floured surface, roll each half into an oval that is about ten by eight inches. Fold lengthwise in half so top half overlaps to within 1/2 inch of the bottom half. Press folded edges firmly together. Place about four inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Cover and rise until double.

Bake recipe stollen in preheated 375 F oven for 15 minutes or until brown. Cool.

Spread with glaze OR sprinkle with icing sugar. Decorate recipe stollen with candied cherries.
