my cousin and her husband own a meat market up in IL. Their specialties are their brats, sausages and jerky. Her husband loves coming up w/ all sorts of new recipes. They were just here visiting and left behind some jerky. So lunch today is.....
jerky w/ avacado.
I also added a few habanero peppers to the mix. ;)

I'm well. Sinus infection gone (no more green boogies in the shower) and my appetite is back (I took the missus to Applebees last night and had two mini cheeseburgers, some steak wrap thingies, chips and salsa and a pretty good steak).

You've never had Tussionex, apparently.....That stuff tastes good, but 1 tsp will put you flat on your back.......I had to take my night dose at 4:00 to make sure I wouldn't oversleep the next morning. By the way, I have some leftovers.:whistle:
