Yeah, but I've just had the worst bout of insomnia that I've had in the past six months. I haven't been to sleep since 10am yesterday morning and I have to work in less then seven hours. So, road trippin' isn't doing Me much good. Being online isn't doing Me much good either!

I've had insomnia for about a year now....off and on.
One day I absolutely had NO energy. none. My husband wanted me to ride along w/ him in his truck. All I had to do was RIDE, and that was a major undertaking. As soon as I got home, I slept a good 12-14 hours....which is something I NEVER do. I suppose my body just finally needed the rest and the sleep. I woke up feeling great. It was strange.

Awwws :D that is great what a smart lil cookie ~ I do not have any lil ones except my two Bostons & two cats :D ~ Bostons are extremely intelligent dogs which is a pain because it is too hard to trick them ;) ~ They really drive me crazy when mommy has special company over to visit :lol:~

I am pretty big into the local music scene here in Dallas ~ I handle a lot of my friends & their bands photography ~ I enjoy a lot of the local talent, mostly rock of course ;) ~

potty training my daughter was easy...on her second b-day, she rec'd some "big girl panties" for a gift. She said she wanted to wear her big girl panties. I told her that if she did, she would have to use the potty. She said, "OK."...and that was all there was to it. :))

when she was little her favorite book was Dr. Seuss' dictionary....have you seen that? is it still even available? My daughter is a wee bit older than yours....lol

She's been Interested in the Bathroom...

I have to Sneak in because she wants to Join me like she does Mommy...

As with almost Everything with her, I Think she will take to the Potty like it's Second Nature.

She has been telling us it's Bedtime @ about 8 or 9 every night now for months...

She gives me a Hug and a Kiss and tells me she Loves me and Mommy puts her to Bed...

Not a Fuss...

Of course we have 100% Strict Schedule and I a Firm Beleiver that People with Difficult Children have Crazy Schedules...

You can't Expect a Toddler to go to Bed at Midnight and get up with you @ 6...

It's a Life Change, and too many People don't make the Sacrifices that are Required.

I see it all the Time.

The TV is not a Parent's Replacement...

I Know 2 year-olds who have DVD players and can Work them...

In their Bedrooms...

That's Cool for about a Second, and then it Hits me that these Parents are getting their Kids away from them.

We Read to her every night, and she Picks the Book, and she has Music in her Room for about an Hour...

That's what it is.

and I don't know why considering how strict I was, but both of my kids just love me, and so do their friends. I guess it goes to show that kids really do want boundaries and parents who care. :D
our bedtime used to be singing, reading and praying....good times. enjoy!!
