Thought it might be interesting for people to share with others what they believe.

I will start with some of my Beliefs.

1.) I believe there is One God and Jesus Christ is His Son who came to earth, was crucified for our sins, and on the third day rose again and is alive right now and seated at the right hand of God The Father as well as alive through His Holy Spirit in the Hearts and Lives of Believers.

2.) I believe that once a human egg is fertilized and divides, it is human life and should be protected.

3.) I believe that American Corporations have been corrupted by greed.

4.) I believe that the American Government has been corrupted by power.

5.) I believe that if you are in this country illegally, you should be deported.

6.) I believe that there are more blacks who hate whites then whites who hate blacks.

7.) I believe that child molesters should be put in general population in the prisons instead of protected status.

8.) I believe that all the problems this country faces have been caused by politicians and to trust thoses same politicians to solve the problems is utterly insane.

9.) The only system that ensures complete and total freedom for everyone is anarchy.

10.) Life on this earth in general is unfair and there is nothing that can or will change that fact.

So there you are. 10 things I believe. Please feel free to post your own beliefs as I am trully interested in reading them.

I guess I'll play along.

I'm not sure if I can come up with 10 beliefs. There's a lot that I don't believe in.

1. I believe in God.

2. I believe happiness can only be achieved if someone devotes their life to something they love. There are a lot of unhappy people in this world.

3. I believe happiness can only be pursued fully if you are free.

4. Some people suck at life.

I believe I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and Against All Odds. Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it. But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist. This is Sussudio, a great, great song, a personal favorite.

I believe "In the Air Tonight" has great drums.

Huey Lewis is good too though their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercial and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far much more bitter, cynical sense of humour. In '87, Huey released this, Fore, their most accomplished album. I think their undisputed masterpiece is "Hip to be Square", a song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity, and the importance of trends, it's also a personal statement about the band itself.

And no I'm not PWI. I'm just channeling my inner Patrick Bateman.

1. I believe that there is a God but that nobody knows who or what he /she/it is. I believe that as long as you live your life in a good and honest way, God is fine with it.

2.) I believe that once a fetus is capable of living independantlly from it's mother then it is concidered a life of it's own. That said, I believe in this free country, we do not have the right to enforce our beliefs on others.

3.) I believe that American Corporations are motivated by greed, and should be.

8.) I believe that all the problems this country faces are cause by ignorance, and can be cured by only allowing people to vote who are educated.

9.) The only system that ensures complete and total freedom for everyone is anarchy.

10.) Life on this earth in general is unfair and there is nothing that can or will change that fact.

11.) I believe that it's easier to copy, edit, and paste than to type all my opinions up fresh.
