On radio news today, I heard reports that Hasan acted alone.

Does anybody else here feel that could be an ignorant or irresponsible conclusion when just days have passed, even if they have scoured his hard drive and some records?

Just because they have not found a connection, why does that guarantee there was not any connection?

What do you think. Believe its safe to say he acted alone at this point after a short investigation period?

No, I think it's ridiculously premature to jump to that conclusion. But even if they do decide that he acted alone, a jihadist who kills in the name of his cause IS A TERRORIST. If he's wearing a United States military uniform, I'd think he should be charged with treason and sedition, too. There must be dire consequences, or we will be fighting this war here, on our own army bases and in our own communities, against enemies wearing our uniforms.
