I was loving him before last nights game. He had a terrible game, but he didn't show a huge bias. His praise for both teams was equally over the top. My problem with him was he was just wrong a bunch of times.

I don't think there's a sports commentator on the planet that could get me to wish for that. Gruden isn't great, but I like his enthusiasm for the game. And he's not nearly as irritating as those two morons.

I don't mind Gruden, he is one of the few that break down offensive lineman play, to the point were the ultra annoying Jaws pointed out "John I know you are new but here is a TV tip: No one cares about offensive lineman." (paraphrased from week 3 or 4's broadcast)
But you are wrong Jaws, people who love football do care about who has better line set ups. Gruden isn't like Madden, he doesn't appeal to everyone because he doesn't point out the obvious, he breaks things down futher than most at home fans would, and that's a nice change IMO.

There is no one worse than Theisman IMO. I can't stand that guy. A close second or maybe a tie is Mussburger. I can take Gruden. He's kind of funny and at least he gives a bit more detail than some of the others do. I had to laugh though when he said he was in the locker room and found it "stimulating". LOL.

The worst was play by play man, Bryant Gumbel. I'd swear that dude was doing meth in the press box. As far as Gruden over Kornheiser, I'll take Gruden. Gruden's somewhat tolerable but Korny was completely intolerable. Fingernails on a chalk board kind of voice...

Poor Kornheiser, no love. Not very good in the booth I agree, but I like PTI.
