armed troops must be deployed in earnest totalling 20,000 complete with deployment of heavy armor and combat aerial patrols, especially in and around the capitol. deployment of anti-riot security forces and undercover security personnel will also be essential in this move.

restrictions and limitations on avenues of communication in the capitol must be instituted to stem the flow of threats that might be coming towards the capitol.

these are the security measures that must be maintained to protect and safeguard and maintain the Republic...

F-16 fighter patrols can also be instituted and/or Predator surveillance patrols in the capitol.

soldiers can also be sent in each of the 50 States to oversee that terrorist action never even materialize in the first place. this can be complimented by an undercover security apparatus in each of the local State governments.
