Okay

A thread about unexplainable stuff. That of course you have seen. Things that are unexplainable.

Pretty easy right?

I was driving home, took the scenic (gravel road) home from work.

About I would say a mile and half into my homeward bound adventure, I noticed something.

Something was not right.

I saw a deer running in the ditch in front of my pickup maybe 50 yards ahead.

Not 3 seconds later a Owl decides that a full size deer is worthy prey.

Owl gives up then proceeds to strike my windsheild (but lives i think) then spiral off into the grass. Deer procededs with life affaid of owls I pressume.

I understand the story is one of those 'had the be there to beilieve it' types.

But I seen it.

Whats your crazy story?

About a year ago I watched in disbelief as millions of people voted for a con man for President.

Con men have been the only ones seeking the job for decades.

True that. America hasn't elected anything except that since 1960.

I don't know what was going on this day, but....

I'm working in a hospital. The building is abandoned except for myself and a cleaning lady. This all takes place in a 30 minute time frame.

The building is 3 floors and a basement. I was just about certain the cleaning lady was not in the basement during this time.

Anyhow, I had to go from the basement to the first floor several times to get tools and such. I couldn't use the elevator and had to use the stairs. There was one door leading in to the east wing of the basement, and I made sure to shut the door (and latch it) each time I left the basement. I did this several times. Each time I returned and the door was open just a bit.

Who knows what was happening. It's a very, very old building. Maybe I just thought the door was latching and it wasn't quite there, and popped back open?

The odd thing is, the east wing of the basement is where many lobotomies and autopsies have been performed, and they still had embalming equipment in there. Really weird.

I had a fraternity brother who's favorite outfit was full sleeve tattoo, pink polo shirt, khaki shorts, topsider shoes, WWII army helmet, blender cup full of beer, and 18-inch machete.
Dude was a chick magnet.

I think I posted this before on here. It was the year my Grandma died. 2 weeks after she died I was in my room sleeping and I woke up to the scent "rosey smell" and was how my grandma's house smelled. I walked around wondering where that smell came from and by thetime I got to the family room it was gone. never smelled it again. Wierd

Speaking of deer---
About 20 years ago, I was wading (fishing) this river. I was about 1/2 way out into the river. I heard this splashing noise upstream and turned my head.
It was a 4 point buck "prancing" (I don't know the right word) belly high directly toward me. After a few seconds, he was 20 feet from me so I decided to walk backward giving him the right of way.
He proceeded right through the spot I had been standing in and about 30 feet later he headed out into the river and swam to the other side.
I always wondered what was up with that.

Speaking of fishing---
What has always been 'unexplainable' to me is how in a nano-second of making a bad cast my line can get so tangled that I've spent up to an hour untangling it.
