Apparently, a couple of CO's convinced another that masturbating your dog is a training technique. :doh:
I am sorta struggling though with the animal cruelty part because I doubt the dog was complaining (bestiality seems like a better charge to me). Its kind of like the 17 yr old boy who has sex with the hot 23 year old teacher - is he really a victim?
