I heard a crazy liberal caller accusing Sean of not being a conservative because he doesn't want to ban drinking and gambling and supports going to Las Vegas.
What a complete loser? You can be a conservative and still gamble and drink. It's called self-control.

There is Gambling in some churches as well but it's not a big deal.

Disturbing. The caller
1) set an un-realistic definition of his opponents, "conservatives"
2) claimed that Sean not meeting those faux standards indicated something bad about Sean.
3) therefore Sean's postitions on other than drinking and gambling are somehow wrong?
I hate it when people I agree with on policy make dumb arguments. Especially when they do so in public.

Sean is generally a fiscal and social conservative, but he was also in favor of the war efforts, which makes him a neocon. He and I are much alike in this respect, and we both prove that you don't have to be all one thing or another.

Only idiots blindly follow a party line completely. A normal person can't be put into a tiny little partisan box.

Sean is an entertainer .
Yes, but that doesn't negate his ideological bent. If you're trying to imply that as an entertainer he's palying a role, I disagree emphatically. Sean is nothing, if not sincere.
