Elizabeth Taylor. A giant of the screen and state. A giant in the battle for an AIDS cure and for numerous other charitable causes.

I want to remember her while she's still here.
Maybe she has not acted in a movie for decades but her legacy is forever preserved.

A little look at her genius.
Not many people can compete with her.

Cleopatra...
Cat on a Hot Tin Roof...

Brilliant actress! Way too many husbands and marriages but wonderful nonetheless in terms of acting.

She was an amazing looking woman but she sure couldn't act worth a crap. I did enjoy National Velvet but not much else.

"Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" proves you wrong.

She was also great in the movie "Giant". She's a living legend. While I don't agree with her politics she's proven to be a generous and caring person as well as a great actress.

I want to know what was going thru her mind when Michael Jackson invited her to a dinner party for him, her, Bubbles and then MJ didn't show.

I hate to see all of the older ones go,weather it's Charleston Heston or Elizabeth Taylor, those men and women were what made Hollywood, imho.

I'll always remember her in Giant and Cat on a Hot Tin roof. Those are powerhouse works. Her portrayal of Tennessee Williams', Maggie the Cat is absolutely stunning on film opposite Paul Newman.

Giant damn well should be required watching for great movies of all time.

I think she aged gracefully, she still looks pretty good and not a lot of actors and actresses can say that. Nick Nolte, case in point.

The serious professionals don't tear themselves up with partying and booze and drugs and it shows. Kudos to the real professionals.
