According to our constitution ( Surpreme law of the land) if Obama signs this climate treaty then he will have committed high treason and can be impeached and put in prison.

Hello
Would you have a link to the treaty so that I can try to read its conrents?
the video , and I was able to watch this one , was not very informative and Lord Monckton was recalling from memory portions of the 200 page treaty.
I'm not sure that we should rely on someones memory in such an important subject.
and the video was not complete , there were subsequent portions of the interview but not a complete video of the interview.
would you know where the entire interview could be found?
if Obama signs this climate treaty then he will have committed high treason
could you explain the above further , how would his signing be high treason?
Thank you

He can sign it all he wants. If the Senate doesn't ratify it, it bears no weight in American law.

He has allready committed High treason in my eyes, Thomas Jefferson would have him hung by now.

Who will impeach him? The congress?
I wouldnt hold your breath on that one. Fact is, he will be around for the next election. If the economy improves and if Afgahnistan improves (or troops removed) he may very well win re-election.
