I have not been sent an ACS but if I had, I would fill it out accurately.

No I can't help you break the law.

I also believe it is against Forum rules to promote or assist other Forum members in breaking the law.

I do wonder why, except for the pain of filling out forms, you are so set against participating in this survey?

I have filled out one of these in years past and was happy to do so.

The information gathered is used anonymously.

Well look at it this way - you can't not answer and then complain later when the government releases data on your demographic that you don't agree with.
