Telling the truth. Sharpton is trying to say it is libel, but considering their is plenty of video and audio evidence to back Rush up, i'd go with for telling the truth.

Rush would love it.
Rush would eat Sharpton's lunch and wind up being a prince at the same time. He would probably sell the summons on ebay, donate the million-dollar proceeds to a black charity and say he was "doing the job that the Sharptons of America just won't do."
