I can definately agree that it is hard to determine exaclty what is going before congress. I think that perhaps things are moving a little fast. So if I wanted to write my congressman telling him I don't agree what exactly would I write I don't agree with?

Disagree with the Constitutionality of Congress getting into the health care insurance business.
Ask him to site where they get the authority to do this at all!
Have him explain his view on the 10th Amendment and the enumerated powers.
That should be enough to stomp on his toes regardless of what's in the current version of the 'bill.'
