Apparently, she is going to be alright. But Justice Ginsburg spent some more time in the hospital last night. Link is below:

But here is something that should worry righties. Roberts and Scalia, two hardcore conservatives were with her at the time. That means they must have agreed with her on something (namely, representing the US together in Great Britain.) If they agree on that, what else will be they eventually agree on?

That is some outstanding logic.

so as a liberal you are saying people who do not agree with each other should not be friends?

I really wish these elderly public servants would learn to get over their ego's and retire with dignity.

That is what he is saying.

Pretty substantial leap on that one.

I'm surprised he didn't accuse them of throwing her to the ground.

It was a joke. Learned it from a certain talk show host who says he is kidding when he says certain incendiary things.

No. Then we would get Justice Clinton (either one.) Can an ex-prez be put on the Supreme Court? Just wondering.

There is no requirement that a Justice even have a law degree.

For the country's sake as well as her own I hope she recovers well. If something happens to her, Obama may appoint someone much further to the left.

I hope she recovers, but if she is forced out due to health concerns, it really won't affect the makeup of the court at all. You would just be replacing one lib for another. No change in the balance of the court.

That would most of his under-the-bus friends, soon-to-be-under-the-bus friends and most of his czars.

Only in your mind can the misfortune of an old lady become a political matter.

In reality too. Do you think that the death of Lincoln had no political implications?

Lincoln was not a SCOTUS justice.

Ghoulish.
