Finally got my Permit... The Wife got the Course for me 3 Years ago as a Father's Day Gift.

Took me (2) Years to Finally get my Birth Certificate... Not that it Takes that long, but Life got in the way... I Mean to say, if I had to get it, I could have Relatively Quickly... Like in a Day... I'm just sayin'...

My Apologies for the Digression... *cough!*

After I gots me BC, I had an Interesting 2008 as Many of you Know... Son was Born, Parents Passed...

So now I've got it... Took my Son with me to get it.

Why is this in Washington Politics?...

Because there's a Good Chance if I am in YOUR State, I will be Packin'...

How do you Feel about that?...

:)

peace...

One more nut with a gun in Illinois, meh.

Rather get shot clean dead than whacked to death with an assault 2" x 4".

If I may ask, how long did the process actually take? I mean, after you got your BC.

Grats Mal! What state did you get your permit from? I have the PA permit, it's good in 17 states. No training or anything, just $26 a copy of my DL and the application.
Hoping to get my FL this winter then I'll be good in 37 I think it is.

Yeah for the most part the same here in Texas. It has to be the proper size sign with the proper sized lettering with the exact wording in english and spanish blah blah blah.

I havent seen a legal sign prohibiting concealed guns yet.

Plenty of signs that dont fit the requirements though.

Business can put up signs here, but none hold any legal weight.

You can still be asked to leave if they see you and if you don't then you can be called in for trespassing, but that is it.

Signs mean nothing in Georgia.

Same in OK.
If you have a CCW permit, you're OK.
If you are carrying without a permit, the sign means nothing to you anyway.
