I don't know if this the proper place to post this thread since I'm a newby to the forum; move it or let me know if I need to do it differently. My question is, since the obama's went to Copenhagen to (personally) bid on the 2016 olympics on Chicago's behalf and failed to win that bid, should either Chicago the Obama's or both reimburse the US Citizens for the cost of using Air Force One and all the other costs? I think they posted on Fox last night that the cost of the airplane alone was something like $1,202,,886 plus all the other expenses of operating the plane. Why should the American citizens have to finance this cost when the cost was incurred primarily to benefit Chicago? I would like to hear other people's comments on this. Thanks

well give the devil his due. Obama tried and failed. Guy has to live with that. Lets see , would I rather visit Chicago or Rio. Obama is a great talker ; but he underestimates other people.

The answer is obvious, we the tax payers pay the tab, not for just Air Force one but for its' twin jet and the cargo jet containing the president's limo as well.
