I live in Houston, but on sunny Sunday afternoons in the fall, watching football or just hanging out with the family, I crave Portillo's Italian beef sandwiches dripping with "juice". I also think about Wolfy's hot dogs with everything sitting in their own little box of hand cut fries.
I'm From Chicago. You just don't get food like that in Houston, and certainly not from 50 year old businesses such as the ones mentioned.
