The famous saying is "You cant be charged for the same crime twice"
There was a movie based on this, and while it was pretty good, it left me wondering.
is it actually possible?
lets say you husband fakes his death and makes it seem like you did it, you spent 6 years in the bing during which, you find out he is alive, so you go on a quest for revenge. You could go up to him in broad daylight in the middle of madison square garden and pump him full of lead, and your within the confines of the law. IS this wrong?
What im wondering, is ... is that even possible, I have read about it and it sure seems like it ,but i dont know, coudlnt the courts get you for something else? is there another way to word it?
the taking of a human life isnt forgiveable by god, but it sure seems that according to human law, its perfectly fine if you did it to that person once before.
