Y'know sometimes liberals are actually smart enough to recognize a real
threat to their designs for unlimited power.
The 10th Amendment is just exactly that.
A built in "stop" designed to limit an abusive or potentially abusive Federal Gov.

This is where they lose, and the American people win.
