...that a now-minority party that was kicked out of power and the former President of the United States is keeping your supermajority from getting legislation passed?

The Republicans aren't stopping it from being passed, it's the Dems that oppose it. Obama is making it seem like the "evil" Republicans are stopping it from being passed, when a complete Democratic "Yea" vote would pass it.

they can't seem to understand that America has rejected a 'public option' and has rejected their plan.

No. He went point-blank at Republicans. Like I said in another thread, if he calls that reaching across the aisle, he's terrible at it.
Unless it was reaching across the aisle with a club or a tire iron.
